Apart from making sure that the Portraits are packaged in the safest way, I always send the artwork with the Track & Trace and insurance option. This means your desired Pet portrait will be covered in case of damage/loss.

 

In the very unlucky event that this would happen, I would claim the insurance and make your pet portrait again for no extra cost*. The delivery fee would be waived as well.

 

*The condition is that I would request clear proof of the damage in the portrait. And I would have the right to get the damaged portrait returned to me for archival purposes before I make a new one.*
